LCCM Awarded Best Places to Work for Third Year in a Row

SC Biz News announces 2025 Best Places to Work honorees

MEDIUM EMPLOYER CATEGORY (50-249 employees)

We’re proud to announce that Low Country Case & Millwork (LCCM) has once again been named one of South Carolina’s 2025 Best Places to Work by SC Biz News, in partnership with Best Companies Group!

This marks another consecutive year that LCCM has earned this prestigious recognition—an achievement that reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where our team can thrive.

The Best Places to Work in South Carolina program identifies and honors top employers across the state in three categories: small (15–99 employees), medium (100–249 employees), and large (250+ employees). Companies are evaluated through a comprehensive process led by Best Companies Group, which includes an employee survey and an employer questionnaire.

To be considered, organizations must meet strict eligibility requirements, including maintaining a facility in South Carolina, employing at least 15 people in the state, and being in operation for a minimum of one year.

The evaluation process places a strong emphasis on employee feedback, which accounts for 75% of the overall score, while the remaining 25% is based on company policies and practices. Honorees must achieve high levels of employee satisfaction across key workplace categories, including:

  • Leadership and Planning

  • Corporate Culture and Communications

  • Role Satisfaction

  • Work Environment

  • Relationship with Supervisor

  • Training, Development, and Resources

  • Pay and Benefits

  • Overall Engagement

In 2025, a total of 107 companies were recognized during a high-energy, rock-and-roll-themed celebration held at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.

LCCM’s continued inclusion on this list is a testament to the incredible people who make up our team. Their dedication, collaboration, and passion are what drive our culture and success every day.

We’re honored to be recognized again and remain committed to building an environment where every employee feels valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
