The Leadership Institute blends hands-on learning with personalized development, giving participants the tools, coaching, and confidence they need to lead with excellence.

The 2025–2026 cohort begins July 8, 2025.

Over the course of 12 months, participants will:

  1. Build essential leadership and management skills

  2. Receive one-on-one coaching and mentorship

  3. Learn from experienced leaders through job shadowing

  4. Participate in meaningful service projects

  5. Engage in monthly leadership book discussions

Meet Your Facilitator,

liz ashley

Liz Ashley, facilitator for the LCCM Leadership Institute, is a workplace strategist, executive coach, and founder of Align. With a background in sociology, sales, and education, she brings deep expertise in leadership development, talent strategy, and conscious behavior change.

A former executive within well-known consumer goods brands, Liz is known for transforming teams and driving organizational results. Named a 2023 Woman of Influence and a #WhatWomenBring honoree, she’s also a respected speaker, moderator, and community leader. Liz holds a master’s degree in sociology from the University of Virginia.
