The Leadership Institute blends hands-on learning with personalized development, giving participants the tools, coaching, and confidence they need to lead with excellence.

The 2025–2026 cohort begins July 8, 2025.

Over the course of 12 months, participants will:

  1. Build essential leadership and management skills

  2. Receive one-on-one coaching and mentorship

  3. Learn from experienced leaders through job shadowing

  4. Participate in meaningful service projects

  5. Engage in monthly leadership book discussions

Real-world exposure to the daily work of seasoned leaders within LCCM.

🔹 Everything DiSC + Working Genius
Participants complete personal assessments to uncover their leadership style and working strengths, using:

  • Everything DiSC Work of Leaders

  • Everything DiSC Management (Parts 1 & 2)

  • Working Genius

🔹 Leadership Book Study
Monthly group discussions offer space to reflect, share ideas, and apply insights from selected leadership books.

🔹 1:1 Coaching
Monthly professional coaching sessions help participants:

  • Set personalized goals

  • Overcome growth challenges

  • Build a long-term leadership plan

🔹 Service Project Leadership
Each participant will lead a service project as part of a cohort-wide initiative—putting their leadership into action in a real and meaningful way.
